Safarcom General Services started operation in 2004 as a clearing and forwarding agency. Over the years it has evolved into a logistics company providing additional services that complement the supply chain of institutions in the public and private sector. It started off as a sole proprietorship and due to the expansion of its operations was converted to a limited liability company in 2015. For more than 15 years SGC has been taking the stress out of import and export clearance for medium to large institutions in Sierra Leone.

At Safarcom we pride ourselves on our high level of service in particular our speed transparency of communications and our reliability.We are very keen on ensuring safety and security in handling our client consignments.

We provide all customers with a weekly update on their consignments and we have a tracking system so that customers can check the progress of their packages 24/7. We have a close-knit team of employees many of whom have been with us for more than a decade. Every customer order is assigned a specific operations officer to ensure staff take ownership and to maximize the speed of delivery to our clients.
